An open-air living and dining pavilion above the ocean, shaded by a patterned metal roof that scatters light like leaves.

The residence steps down towards the water in timber, stone and glass. At its heart is a roof pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge, sheltered by a perforated canopy.

Glass balustrades keep the horizon uninterrupted from every seat, and a garden stair with bonsai and stone leads from the street to the sea.
